Combining ease of fabrication with product excellence, the hinge features three-dimensional adjustment: +6mm/-4mm lateral adjustment, +5mm/-5mm vertical adjustment and +1.5mm/-1.5mm compression adjustment. The hinge has also been designed with fabricator friendly advantages to ensure increased efficiencies in production.
Suitable for PVC-U doors, the Quantum Rapid Fit Hinge is available in an impressive sixteen colour finishes, which include White, Black, Brown, Oak, Chrome, Gold, Brushed Silver, Flint, Tungsten, Anthracite Grey, Chartwell Green, Cream, Antique Black, Agate Grey, Slate Grey and Irish Oak. A 10-year surface finish guarantee is available on all powder-coated finishes, and a 5-year guarantee is available on plated finishes.
As with all Total Hardware products, the hinge has undergone some intensive testing to ensure that it meets or exceeds all the necessary corrosion resistance and operational durability requirements. This included testing to BS.EN:2007 Grade 5, PAS24:2016 security requirements and Secure by Design certification.
