However it’s not all about the products, Total Hardware believes customer satisfaction is priority for providing the ‘Total Package’. The introduction of a technical department is the first stage for developing a more complete customer experience over 2016.
The in-house technical department will offer customers a much quicker response to any product queries. The department is being managed by Steve Walker who has worked in the industry for 40 years, and has extensive knowledge of a range of products and profiles. Steve is able to test products on a variety of profiles to address any issues raised by customers, and offer them suitable solutions.
As well as providing product support, Steve is also completing regular quality checks on products to ensure that customers continue to receive high quality hardware. These checks range from the condition of the packaging to the functionality of the product, and everything in between. Having strong relationships with key suppliers has enabled Total Hardware to report any issues and prevent them reoccurring.
Finally the addition of the technical department has allowed all staff to begin product training to assist them in identifying and understanding customer needs more clearly. This is the first of many steps towards building a more comprehensive customer experience throughout 2016.
